The team at Montgomery & Associates has gone out of their way to make sure we had the best coverage. I first spoke with them about homeowners insurance for my new home and they found me a great rate, but also found a good deal for my car insurance too! And, not some fly by night insurer, but a reputable company. I know that for sure because just a month after switching car insurance, we had a claim and it was handled quickly and paid out well. Any questions or concerns I've had were answered the same day or the next when I email them. They are always on top of things. I could not be happier.

Great company! We have worked with Montgomery and Associates for over 5 years now and never had an issue. They got us the best deal on house insurance and set everything up. We do not have to worry about anything! My husband and I work and it is number one hard to handle any personal business during the work day and number two come home stressed and then have to worry about home insurance payments. etc. Sounds silly but it is so comforting knowing that Montgomery and Associates are behind us.

David Wilbanks and his team are amazing. He was able to save me $1400 a year on my insurance while increasing my coverage. On top of that, after the tornado they called me to ask if I was ok and if there’s anything they can do for me. They helped me through storm and hail damage to my roof.

Montgomery and Associates has been so amazing to work with, normally a feel of dread comes to mind when dealing with insurance companies of any type. But, they really are the exception to every normal company. The staff is very considerate and genuinely wants to help you however they can. Over the 3 years I have had Montgomery as an insurance agent I have spoken to a lot of the staff and each one is just as friendly and as much of a pleasure to deal with as the last. This goes 1000 fold for the owner Will Montgomery, he still takes time out of his crazy day to give me advice on insurance claims or damages, or really anything I don't understand. Everyone is just so fantastic here, they will forever have my business for all my insurance needs, give them a try and you won't regret it!

I would like to take the time to write you to let you know what a great experience I had with Jerry Garrett. I needed a life insurance policy to secure a loan with the Small business Administration. I reached out to your agency, and Mr. Garrett came to my office. We discussed my needs and the timeframe. Mr. Garrett immediately took the bull by the horns. A nurse came to my office for my physical, and my policy was issued.

As the date of my loan closing approached, I needed an assignment of the policy processed. My loan officer contacted Mr. Garrett and that was quickly taken care of. My loan closed and I am now the owner of my own business. Without Mr. Garrett's assistance, I do not think the closing would have taken place.

I want to further point out that since we first met, Jerry has reached out to me many times to make sure that all was well. I will continue to recommend Jerry Garrett to any one in need of life insurance.

Aaron was INCREDIBLE helping me to find a policy after my company decided not to renew me for two claims I had. Not only did he offer unbelievable customer service and kindness toward me, but actually found me a policy that was CHEAPER than what my current policy had been despite the claims and me feeling "blacklisted" because I was being dropped my current company. I was referred to Montgomery & Associates by a mortgage lender. At the time, we had made four offers on four different investment properties, which also included our primary residence. We were completely new at real estate investing and buying four properties at one time was over whelming. I made the initial call to Will Montgomery, introduced myself, and told him what we were doing. Will subsequently called me back for additional information, but I failed to return his calls. At the time, my dad was under Hospice care and very sick. We had traveled to south Alabama to spend our last few days with him, but it turned out to be 33 days. Exhausted, when we returned home, to pick up the pieces, and get the closings scheduled. I didn't even think about and had loss sight of needing insurance on the properties to close and he hit me while in the actual closings. I had not called Will back. To my amazement, Will had contacted the lenders directly and did everything else he needed to do, to get the properties insured. After the closings, about a week after returning back home, my Father passed away. All I can say is that Will earned my respect and my trust, by going way beyond the call, to get the insurance we needed. Since that time, Will has insured an additional six properties, assumed our Auto coverage, and provided us with a general liability policy. A year later, when we started receiving our annual renewal notices and payment info., it was not clear cut, since some properties were paid in cash and others through their mortgages. I visited Will's office and met Anna Montgomery. She had drafted an Excel spread sheet, broken each property down, their premiums, and other payments we needed to make. Anna was able to present everything much more clearer than the renewal notices did, and stayed with me, answering all questions and explaining the process for coverage on ten properties with two different insurance companies. When I left their office, I was much more informed, more knowledgeable on the renewal notices, and learned how to figure the annual payment amounts for each property. Both Will and Anna have been very professional and always gone above the normal to take care of our insurance needs. I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.

I am constantly looking for the "best bang for your buck". I like high quality at a good price. Montgomery and Associates was able to provide me with multiple quotes from very highly rated companies. I was shopping for life insurance and was able to quickly find a viable policy. I have been very impressed with the agency's sense of urgency with all of my matters. People underestimate the value of a having a local insurance agent that looks out for your best interests. I was born and raised in New York City, where I went to my local butcher for meats, the local bakery for cookies, had an ice cream truck drive down my block every day during the summer and I knew the driver by his first name. This is the type of services I yearn for in today’s world. When working with anyone at Montgomery insurance, they all know me by my first name not by my policy number!!! Since they work with many carriers they will can a custom policy that works for you and your family. They also can analyze your existing policy to identify if you have any risks that should be addressed and covered. I love having a local agent working for me, navigating the waters of insurance the insurance business.
